I Like HP computers

I guess that's the life of a computer. Maybe. The thing that slows it down now is Time Warner Cable

Bad choice

We are not gamers, don't use it for anything other than shopping, browsing, email but it is not up to the task. Totally frustrated with it. Also, 8.1 is so cumbersome. NOT an improvement over the old system.

After initial slowness, not bad

I received no information that it was anything but brand new! Can you explain? When we got the computer, it was very slow! Only after two hours on the phone with an HP technician did it speed up enough to be acceptable. Why was that?
