Computer works Ok, certain features do not.

The geek squad tried to remotely correct the problem but recommended I take the computer back to the store. The store told me there was nothing wrong with the computer it was my internet hook up. I do have direct internet cable. My laptop & tablet work great with E-mail & Facebook. I feel my problem was handled in a very unprofessional manner.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Windows 8 sucks you can copy to a cd but, it is extreamly difficult to write it to a CD unlike windows XP with a simple click of the mouse you can copy and to write to a CD, with windows 8 it is almost impossiable to write copied files to a CD even geek squad has no clue, I'm still run widows xp on the side so I can copy and wite CDs

When I got it back it lasted about a week before it crashed. First was told it might have virus. Then was told this PC notorious for faulty hard drive. Was told I would be better off to have hard drive replaced although later found out that was my only choice as store policy will not replace faulty computer with one that works. May never buy from Best Buy again if this is type product they stock and don't stand behind.

ITS AN AVERAGE QUALITY COMPUTER

THE ASSOC. SOLD ME AN ADDITIONAL DOONGLE SAYING THAT IT WOULD WORK. IT DOESN'T. I TRIED TO PUTIN AN ADDITIONAL GRAPHICS CARD, BUT IT HAS NO CONNECTIONS FROM THE POWER SUPPLY.I TRIED TO CHANGE OUT THE POER SUPPLY, THE NEW ONE WON'T FIT. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I AM NOT A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER.........

IE would not work right, you would think Win 8 and IE would work together. HA! Might be proof its a refurb. I wasted several hours on this. Hind site being 20/20, I should have asked for my money back.
