Difficult to adjust from Win7 to Win8 especially for novice. Prob go Mac next time

Nice replacement for old slow P.C. Wife uses it for our Business & love s the speed. Does not love Windows 8, to much trouble getting around.

I really like this computer,It has alot of memory for music,pictures, movie downloads. There is alot you can do with the programs that came with it.very satisfied.

This was purchased as an upgrade from my older, very slow desktop running Windows XP. I wouldn't go so far as to say that every aspect of Windows 8.1 is a welcome change, but overall this has been a very positive transition. This desktop is very fast, and I would recommend it to anyone without hesitation.

Love the computer, it is very fast and so far I haven't had any problems with it. The only thing I don't like is the keyboard. I recently purchased an illuminated keyboard for it to replace the one that came with it. Illuminated keyboards should be the rule not the exception on all new computers.

I was looking for a computer that would work well for gaming and not cost me a fortune. This computer is great! It runs fast and works well with the games that used to slow my last computer to a crawl!

Having gone from building a clone 5 years ago to what I got from the new HP , its like I went thru a time warp! There two fans on that are so quiet ,the only way I could tell it was running ,I saw the hard drive was blinking. Kudos for quiet! Plenty of storage (2TB) for what I do at home!

This is a great computer that I hooked up to my TV. Works great and it's nice to use it on a big screen! Another great buy from Best Buy!

I was aftetr a good computer and was looking at dell and HP. I went with HP for the price and what I was getting for that price.. I like the style of the tower and the features up front.

Windows update and Kapersky virus program did not work. Geek squad fixed them both and they spent a lot of time on it. Windows 8 is certainly different, but easy to navigate. Older printer works and all I had to do is hook it up. No software installation. Very pleased.

I really like my computer. It serves my needs perfectly and has the ability do more.

this is a nice piece of equipment for a not so computer savy older person.would have been worse if i didnt have the geek squad and tech support program.those are lifesavers.

Great computer. Good buy. The graphics are awesome for my gaming. Everything is new and well organized and easy to use.

desktop easy to set up. Finding keyboard and computer running slower than I think it should getting with geek squad to fix. Not real please with the sale person. Talked more about his computer doings than interest in what I was needing. On a wireless router and having problems with desktop conection to printer.
