I enjoy the product very much. My family uses Netflex frequently and the TV performs very well. Great product.

In the past I have found HP to give me the best results for what I do in home computing. This new unit is fully loaded and quick with the 64bit os plus I can easily expand it to 32 gigs of RAM if I want to. The 3.5 gig CPU provides me with plenty of speed too. No problems and no complaints at all!

This computer was purchased to use in a small business. After setting it up, everything works great and I'm up and running without any issues. Great value.

This is a good computer that has the capability to handle my needs for several years. Windows 8 isn't as user friendly as the previous Windows and I have been going through a learning curve in using it. I purchased the Geek Squad service and they have been very helpful, well worth the money.

Good all-around computer, fast and good specs. Disappointed, however, when I opened the case to add an additional hard drive and found no way to add a second hard drive. The power and SATA ports are available but there is no hard drive cage or other way to attach a second hard drive. Frustrating.

This machine is mid to low level hardware performance... and sub standard software. I really wish that buyers (that would be people like me) could choose the software loads via the internet. Thus I would not have to spend extra money and time undoing all the $%^& the factory loaded onto the machine. Windows 8... etc... Also - how can I rate the reliability at this point? really... only 2 months old! that should be asked on an annual basis.

Fast. Great format. Current window's 8 with imbedded Flash player. Lots to love!!!!!

I bought this computer for work since I am a work from home representative an my PC still ran windows XP! I was going to go with a different PC, but when I saw the price and the features, I was blown away! I would definitely recommend this HP tower to my friends and family!

for being a new computer that has virus protection already loaded on it i thought i would have no problems. But the first setup out of the box i find i can not use email it gave me a number to call to fix.It was a SCAM they wanted me to down load a program to let them have remote access to my computer.I am glade i googled what they were wanting me to do as i was on the phone with them.I hung up on them an then installed system mechanics and it found the virus that gave me the number to call. no problems after that.

It is serving me well. I use it for communications, entertainment and finance mostly.

The HP Pavilion 500 PC offers an excellent performance at any level of use. This computer can be use for the house or for any type of business. The price I got at Best Buy was absolutely out this world.

Really like it. Fast and he can play multiplayer online games.

I wish I could return this computer. I have always used HP computers but this is the slowest ever. I up-graded because my old one was 7 yrs old and would shut down when it wanted to. If I could go back and start over I would buy a Mac just so not to get windows 8. It freezes and take forever to load anything especially email.

In all of my vast PC years I have never had a problem with HP. I've had and used other brands that had a lot of issues and nobody to help with them. HP Has always stood behind their product with us.

We had been looking to replace our computer for some time.We visited our local Best Buy and found this HP on sale and it was just what we were looking for.It meets all of our needs and then some .

The worst part is the program. I had to erase windows 8 and come back to 7.This comp is an upgrade from the Slim line that was very good. Not all that happy with it. It is NOT necessary to change/upgrade/ every other year, because you get behind in tech.

Easy to use, lots of options for business. New programs to learn.

The Computer is fast and responsive. Its the perfect PC to get for a family Home, also have great customazation choices for the owner.
