Great product by hp. it's user friendly and just the speed I need. Great tech support if needed. Offers more for the money

I bought this computer for my mom and sister to use. It works fine but I expected it to be a bit faster then it is but it is very stable. It has all the ports they need and still has a DVD drive so it is easy to load their older software still. If you are just surfing the web, reading email and playing Windows store games, then this is a great option. If you are looking for lightning fast, pick something a bit more upgraded.

For the price and capabilities, this is an excellent buy. It is fast, reasonably compact, and has a huge amount of storage.

I bought this desktop for my 12 year old grandson who loves to come to my den each weekend and interact with my desk top. My first thought was to get him a laptop but I want to wait a couple of more years. He loves his new HP and spends more time in in his room than I can remember. After just a month he has become an expert and is telling me things about my old HP desktop that I never knew until now. It has been the best investment I could have made in my family's future. Thanks Best Buy for another great purchase.

Got this on a deal. Nice price for the performance. So far so good. Using it for MOBA gaming, FPS, and office stuff.

Easy to setup and operate. Gives me the speed and storage I need for work and home use. Very happy with this purchase.

Bought on sale couple years ago. Haven't had any issues with it. It stays on 24/7. I did add 8GB memory for a total of 16GB and and ssd drive. With those additions computer really moves fast and haven't had any issues with it and it has daily use. Use it as a general purpose home/work computer. No gaming. Although I'm sure it would suffice for older games on lower settings. Overall, would highly recommend.

I would not say that the computer is top of the line but it is well worth the price. The response time is great and it has ample storage. I really can not think of a negative thing about the computer. However, I am only using it for basic tasks for the time being. If you use it for gaming or load programs than it may be different. For a daily normal use computer it is great.

I bought this compter when my other HP crashed, I'm not a fan of Windows 10 but getting used to it. We use Windows 10 at work also so it's been a work in process. Best Buy transferred my files and I can't say anything bad about the Geek squad as everything was done right and quickly. One thing I didn't like was the auto renewal of the Total Tech support and Webroot virus protection after one year if you don't call to discontinue. I'll discontinue that as it gets closer to a year as I prefer Norton anti-virus and I should have Windows 10 figured out by then. Overall very satisfied with the computer and Best Buy.

Nice little system. I changed out HD for SSD and now very zippy. Cheap upgrade.

A solid machine for productivity and even some gaming (2 monitors, occasionally having issues but for the most part running smoothly). I've expanded from the 8GB stick that came with the machine to 16GB earlier today, because I push things. The only thing I wish the machine had was a bigger power supply than the 195w unit it ships with, but that has been sufficient to run the machine with no issues.

I was looking for a replacement tower and after searching different stores online and in store I decided on this HP which I purchased online through Best Buy. I have only started using this one and I have found that it is faster and shows no issues . I also like the fact that I can add memory up to 24 GB more.

My old computer reverted from Windows 10 back to Windows XP, so it was time for an upgrade. Photoshop and Bridge works wonders and is beyond smooth with transitioning from application to application. Set up is easy and straight to the point. Excited for more editing on this new computer.

But not for much anymore. Decent price and easy setup. Did it myself. Compact.

I bought this computer to replace a machine that was several years old and could not support Windows 10. This unit came with Windows 10, and because it was an "open box" unit, it cost even less than the machine it replaced. WOW what a bargain!

We have a higher-end HP for our main computer, but this model worked out great for us to have on hand for when our goddaughter visits. It was inexpensive, easy to set up, it's not heavy at all, and it has everything she needs. We've always had good luck with HP over the years, so we continue buying their products.

Got this computer to edit photos on instead of my laptop and then got in the middle of having to move and couldn't use it. Now that things are settled, have everything set up and man this computer is quick. Easy to use and had no issues downloading the photo editing software or other programs.
