A nice computer for the money. Does what I need it for and operates fast.

I really needed an upgrade and this really did fit what I needed. I like the size, it is actually smaller than the one I had and am able to use my printer via wifi. But I am still having a problem trying to get my tablet and phone to connect with it. But I am still learning the features. I still haven't used the dvd player or certain other features.

Good computer. Quick loading of items. Only downside is DVD player is vertical instead of horizontal. Seems real flimsy. Plus now because of this somehow dvd that was inserted came dislodged when entering and fell in machine now. Now I have to take it in so they can take it out.

Best bang for the buck. Good desktop for email, web and word.. The boot time is around 30 seconds and install is about 30-20 minutes depending on your internet speeds.You’re not going to be playing high tech games on it but for a computer it does the job.

This purchase process was complicated so I made an appointment with Vikki Park at the Birdcage store in Citrus Heights, California. Vikki stayed with me through out the entire time, finding products that met my son's (via telephone) requests and our available funds. Soon thereafter, I was able to collect the completed pc and deliver it to my quadriplegic son in Auburn. I appreciate this help and sevice. Thank You.

Love the new computer, really user friendly and fast

Excellent computer for folks that just use it for research, corresponding and just general home use. Don't do games etc. so have no idea how it does in that area. Everything worked just great out of the box and have never had any problems with it. Dollar for dollar it is a good solid computer.

Be aware that the graphics card is intergrated into the motherboard and I am having glitches and pink screens because of it or multi colors..so I suggest knowing first that you will have to buy a graphics card for it to replace the one it came with. Other than that it works quite well and is pretty fast with multi tasking...

There was not much information on setting up or explanation on what the PC contained. It took me a bit to figure it all out as I am not one of those tech geniuses. Once everything was figured out, it went pretty smooth after that. I went from WIndows7 to Windows 10 and now knowing the system I really like it.

Very quiet and enough speed and space to satisfy anyone.

Quite different to turn on as power button is a small little thing and not the big button that was orange when off and blue when on that my old tower had. Having issues with the old tower and cleaning did not seem to help. After almost 10 years, it was time to replace it.

This HP computer was purchased to replace an older much more high end unit that had a fatal crash. We are very pleased at the easy set up and use of this HP unit, We keep our Geek Squad membership current and they set up the Webroot software over the phone, we are very pleased.

i trade options an this computer was just perfect for that. i coould open three to five windows at the same time and easily navigate between them . it boots up quickly and was fast in response good buy

My 10 year old HP tower finally died, so I needed to get something decent for writing and surfing the internet ASAP. I also wanted to keep my costs down. It took a while for all the Windows 10 updates to complete (a couple days, though not all at once) and during that time, the computer was a little laggy, but once Windows 10 was fully updated and I had eliminated the bloatware, it runs just fine. The four stars is mostly for it having Windows 10 rather than the machine itself. The OS is a resource hog, so not even 8 gigs of RAM is enough to keep it blazing along.
