I bought this 2 years ago, installed 10Gbit dual port ethernet card and Debian Linux. I connected one port to the Att fiber optic modem (5gbs) and the the other to the switch of the internal network. This computer has run 24 hours/7 days a week for the past 2 years without issues. Recently decided to store family photos on it and ordered 16gb additional memory and 2x8GB sata drives. I was plesantly suprised that was able to find the exact same Samsung 16GB UDIMM module for $50. This computer is great for my server use case. I'd not consider it for desktop use case, because I usually spend at least 4 times more and hand pick and assemble every part myself after reading reviews.

Easy to set up. I like the small foot print. Speed is quite adequate since I don't do games.

Love this new computer! It is fast and has so many new features. It doesn't take up a lot of space. Best Buy set it up for me and did a great job.

My husband's computer (work) completely died suddenly. No cues of a problem, and no one could revive. We went to Best Buy, We spoke with a lovely saleslady, found a decently priced computer, and it was delivered. It was easy-ish to set up. We are not super young, so technology is a challenge. It is up and running, we bought Office so we have all we need, and didn't lose our shirts. Thank you Best Buy!

Has plenty of memory. Pc was really fast. Great for work. No gaming on this pc but its grest for work

I love HP. My last computer was an HP and I had it for a long time. The only reason I bought a new one was because it was not upgradable to Windows 11. My new one is lightning ⚡ fast! Great for running Photoshop.

Exactly what we needed. Fast, small and quiet! Recommend

I needed to replace a decade old computer that was having more and more trouble doing what I wanted it to do, so I went this one, and I'm very happy. I mainly use my computer to write/record music (just as a hobby, not professional), and this one handles it beautifully compared to my old computer. I thought I might need to update the sound card, but so far, it's working great as is, which really surprised me. I love having an SSD in this, compared to my old computer which had an HDD drive. It makes a tremendous difference. When I get inspired to write new music, I just turn this machine on, and within a matter of seconds, I'm able to start writing/recording. With my old computer, the boot up time was often so long, any inspiration I might have had was gone by the time the computer was ready. I really have no complaints. There's nothing I tried to do with this computer that it couldn't handle well. All that remains to be seen is how long it lasts. Fingers crossed!

Good product plenty of room very powerful and fast

The setup was quick and painless. The computer has worked flawlessy to date. Great combination of price and value.

This Desktop was very simple to set up. It is very fast. It took me a little bit to get used to Windows 11, but it was not a big deal. It is pretty much Windows 10 with menu items located differently. For the price, I feel it was a good deal, and it meets my needs. I did add 16Gb more memory to it just so I can have a lot of programs opened at the same time.

Excellent quality computer with excellent performance, storage, and speed.

An excellent CPU. However, if you have forgotten or never knew how to set you system using basic components such as this CPU let the Geek Squad do it for you. The descriptions both by Best Buy and by HP are too thin they forgrt that the current generations of average users know little or nothing about what a very Basic CPU has and what it does not have for basic components, e.gh: thsi one comes without a camera, without even a single audio speaker (although it does have the requisite internal components in which you can add an external set up, same goes for a Microphone). What this CPU does have is above moderate speed an excellent memory and Windows 11.

I bought this desktop for my mom to use for work & basic tasks. We chose the 7 with 1TB for longevity. I was impressed with how powerful this PC was and it was incredibly easy to set up. For the price, this is a great productivity desktop.

Forced to upgrade to Win11. Nice system but not thrilled with Bing as default everything. Takes time to change settings but computer is fast and quiet
