Piece of junk

Finally got around to hooking it up for him and the screen keeps going black. I can’t tell if it’s the computer or the VGA output, but I am extremely disappointed. Of course this happened a week after I could return it.

bad motherboard

HP = Hardly Practical"

Very poor job HP

If you review previous questions on here people ask if the front USB C can be used to support a 2nd monitor instead of using a low quality VGA connection. Turns out this did not support the 2nd monitor and created a bunch of hassle. Luckily local Bestbuy helped me out and I upgraded to CyberPower PC Never going back to the big names
