If you review previous questions on here people ask if the front USB C can be used to support a 2nd monitor instead of using a low quality VGA connection. Turns out this did not support the 2nd monitor and created a bunch of hassle. Luckily local Bestbuy helped me out and I upgraded to CyberPower PC Never going back to the big names
