This is the worst purchase I have ever made, I have been mislead from the moment I walked into the store.

Fast computer, compact size, and everything you need for basic household and business uses at a great price.

Freezes. Have had support in the line multiple times so i could actually use it. Got tired of it and was outside of the return time. Threw it away and bought a macbook

Great desktop at a very good price. I added 16gb memory and the computer performance is awesome. Alot faster than my old desktop.

Very happy with the features and performance of the HP - Pavilion AMD Ryzen 7 Desktop. Set up was a breeze and apps load very quickly and perform beautifully. Came with Windows 11 which is great! I do photo editing, which can be very demanding and I highly recommend this.

This is the biggest piece of junk I've ever had! Don't buy it, I'm going to have to bite the bullet and buy something else before I go crazy.

I am really impressed with the quality of this item. It is performing even better than I expected! Also, the technician who came out from Geek Squad to connect it to my system was very helpful and did a good job, answering my questions, etc.

As it's brand new, it's hard to know yet. But set up easily and doing as promised. Still have to put it through its paces, though. Time will tell.

So far so good, works quietly and without any hiccups.

Surprisingly light and small for a solid PC with its specs. I dont regret this purchase. Definitely not for gaming, but for work related tasks it can deliver.

great desk top. The computer is everything I thought it would be.

Pretty good so far for a pc that I'd have for 2 years, no problems at all with the fan cooking, and power supply, and no issues while running it as well. For any gamers out there, you can probably run a few games but nothing big like Fortnite or Call of duty, this pc is mostly good for application use, work use and school use.

Kept computer for a week and nothing would work. Very bad buy.

Great product. Nice looking case. So far it has provided great performance. It could use more USB ports and it should come with a DVD/CD RW for the price. I am experiencing issues with the screen size on my monitor as well as possible HDMI link issues. Best Buy also stated that they will take the computer back at store level if there are unsatisfactory issues. For the money, Best Buy should also offer to transfer data like other companies I have purchased from. They wanted to charge $150 for the transfer. I had a friend do it for free in under 20 minutes.

Outstanding computer, with great processing and very affordable price. Keyboard is great with quiet typing and the mouse is very light.

I love this PC! It is my work computer, I work from home. The specs were everything that I needed, it runs so smoothly! Great buy!

So far the computer is good. Windows 11 is a lot easier to figure out than Windows 10. Doing what I need it to do. But it's only been a month or so.
