The specs make it look better than it’s actually performing. But I can live with that. What the issue that’s most annoying is every time I open MS word the computer freezes and needs a full reboot. Everything has been updated and as more updates have come out I have applied them. This issue is still happening.

Freezes

HP - Pavilion AMD Ryzen 7 Desktop

Set up was a breeze and apps load very quickly and perform beautifully. Came with Windows 11 which is great! I do photo editing, which can be very demanding and I highly recommend this.

Also, the technician who came out from Geek Squad to connect it to my system was very helpful and did a good job, answering my questions, etc.
