Great laptop except for two minor issues which are Dell's problem. 1) no number keys to the right of the keyboard and 2) keyboard touch is too sensitive and letters to close together. Other than that I love my Dell.

Love the product and was so grateful for the Geek Squad Rep who set up my system. I can't live without Total Tech and the Geek Squad. PLEASE DO NOT ELIMINATE THE SERVICE COVERAGE FOR TOTAL TECH AND GEEK SQUAD

very good computer for the price, only problem with it is the updates for window always go back to retry and then you have to get with Microsoft to fix the issue/ other than that great buy.

Computer works great, but salesman's knowledge was lacking. He told me that it included a disk drive. It does not. Sold me a wireless keyboard and wireless mouse to go with it, but computer came with both items. Returned extra keyboard and mouse.

i haven't had a new computer since 2008. this product is up to date and just what i need. i am even able to navigate the new keyboard, even though i have a serious tremor

The pavillion desktop has made my multi tasking work from home and personal to do list easier than expected.

Would be a great desktop for very casual usage, however does not hold up for any kind of data analysis applications such as QGIS or most games I wanted to play on Steam. If you need it for anything beyond web browsing, I would recommend a desktop with better specs!

Well pleases with continued utilization of HP products. Decided to go back to desk top for home and maintain laptop for travel, etc

The unit came with a wireless mouse and keyboard and the mouse would not move to the target and would freeze during the move

Not over the top but great value for the money. Good speed and processing power , can handle most tasks. Haven’t tried any graphics editing yet.

After a lot of research this ended up being the best computer for its price.

Love the pci express slot for my fax modem chip with intalation disk helps my Microsoft fax app no phone line needed

System setup was quick and easy. Then, it would not wake up from sleep / low power mode for as long as 10 minutes, and typically 4-6 minutes after being left alone for a couple hours. Tried many ideas but none seemed to work. Then, tried online and phone support with HP and even though this issue has persisted for many years with the Pavilion, no good response has come of it. After many hours of testing, I suspect there is something wrong with the video card not waking up the monitor in a reasonable time but could not prove it. I returned it and bought a non-HP product.
