    GREAT PROCESSOR (RYZEN 7) BUT HORRIBLE RETAILER

    Good computer for the price but WORST EVER EXPERIENCE for any money! Bought it in-store, told it was last one (Sales and website says two in stock 2 weeks later.) Sales said it had Windows 11. It doesn't - it has Win10. Today, (14 days later) I tried to exchange it. Support said was TOO LATE! I had only 2 weeks to return it! (TWO WEEKS FOR THEIR SCREW UP!!!) (Previous support person, website and receipt said I had 60 days.) Support person on phone started stammering about now. Previous support person (HP) told me to TAKE it into BEST BUY to exchange. NOT to upgrade to WIN11 myself as it could screw up computer/OS. Let's see, they sold me desktop with wrong OS, told me not to update online, lied about warranty, gave me confusing/contrasting info/instructions, etc., etc., etc. And still I am not one inch closer to solving problem, NOT ONE INCH!!!. Problem is, Ryzen 7 is good, but I don't trust BB, I don't believe BB and I will never have ANYTHING TO DO WITH BB EVER AGAIN. (THERE IS MORE, BUT I'LL SPARE YOU.)

    No directions to start using with Windows 11- USB

    Difficult to use Windows 11 does not come with directions. USB ports did not work: had to go online to fix the situation.

    after Best Buy Geek squad transferred data,??? took computer home . Found out the disc drive on front would not open. Am still trying to get with Best Buy in Chico, Ca. to get this fixed.

    HP desktop tpo1-2234 is junk, don't buy

    I purchased this HP desktop tpo1-2234 two and a half months ago. The monitor went black. So I called Best Buy and they told me to bring it to the store so they could look at it. When I got to the store they told me it would take a week to diagnose what the problem was, then it would take 3 to 5 weeks to send it off to HP to fix it. Mind you this is my business computer I purchased I could not be without a computer for that long. So I paid for a tech to look at it, he thought it was a video card so I spent another $90 on a video card. That was not the problem it turned out to be the motherboard was bad. So I had to go to Amazon and buy a new computer so in the meantime I am out the money for this one and it is junk. I am so mad I will never purchase another HP or anything from Best Buy again. It was less than 90 days they should at least give you my money back. I am very disappointed and upset. Just giving one star was hard should I get been able to give none.

    Bought this in November of 2022. On/Off button doesnt work. Had to send back to HP to fix. They fixed it and now On/Off stuck again. Cant turn on the computer! They tell me i have to bring back to storr and they will send to HP to have fixed again!! What s pain!!!

    Recommended and set up by our IT support, product never backed up our work, even though the computer said it was doing it, crashed and we lost 3 weeks of work orders. Back to old faithful.

    Your Slidell store refuse to release package t my Daughter even though she had my Id and her license so the order place in Florida was cancelled.The Sale person was advised to put my Daughter as the pickup.
