Very good product for the price. Easy to install and is stylish. COMPLAINT: The Geek Squad did a very poor job of transferring data from out old Desktop. 2 of the 3 people we dealt with were no helpful.

The Hp computer is an excellent purchase. My all in one computer had begun to open slowly and was even more slower trying to get on the Internet. The Hp Pavilion Desktop is exactly what I needed…. It’s Fast and fits fine on the top of my desk.

Bought this to replace a 10 year old machine. This computer was a great value for the price as I bough it as part of the Black Friday sale. The 1TB SSD and 16GB RAM is great. There are a few things that I don't care for however, which are it has Windows 11 in it and I'm not impressed with 11 vice 10 which I wish it had. The Ryzen 7 CPU is a older model but it's still a nice, fast CPU. Not thrilled with the design of the wireless keyboard as it's a small size and seems cheap. I used the old one instead of the new one. Regardless it's a pretty fast machine. Boots up fast and installs software and MS fast. I know I'm going to enjoy having this for years.

Needed a PC for video editing, this one works great. Ended up expanding the memory to 32gb with G.Skill Ripjaws, swapped 200W pwr supply for a 400W made by HP, and installed a GTX 1050 TI.

The sales person listened to exactly what I was looking for and what the computer was going to be used for and suggested this desktop. Exactly what I needed. The speed and storage for business is perfect.

It does exactly what we need. It’s very easy to use and a great value. It is much smaller than the old one and it is a lot more powerful. We love it.

Nice home machine with some serious specs. I'm not a gamer, so I don't need an extreme machine, but this allows multiple chrome windows open while edge is running on a second monitor streaming some TV shows. $K movies are handled well both locally and streamed. Almost no bloatware is a plus, but except for a plethora of assorted ports, there is no hard drive or optical drive. (Both can be easily added) 1TB SSD, Rizen7

Very fast and quiet computer for those who like to surf the net and perform desktop apps like Office 365. If you're into gaming, I'd get something with a little more power. The PSU only supplies 180 watts, not enough to push a good gaming card. Overall, a very good deal.

When I opened the box on this I was disappointed that the case was molded plastic. But I quickly got beyond this. This computer is awesome for the price. It's got probably one of the better if not the best CPUs in its cost category from early/mid 2022 - the AMD Ryzen 7 5700G with integrated Radeon graphics. I admit that I don't do any gaming on this, it's become a business workstation, but I run engineering analysis (Jupyter Notebooks) and CAD tools and it's pretty zippy fast for what I do. I was considering to buy a $3000 workstation but I found that this does all I need it to for a quarter the price!

I am glad that I bought this desk top. very good buy. It is very fast and easy to work with. The geek squad gentleman was very friendly and did his best to get me understand the function of this desk top.I will definetly recomend this desk top.

Have had for a few months, no issues at all. Runs quick and smooth.

so far so good. i just bought it a month ago and the only problem has been i can't remember most of my passwords, so I'm locked out of a lot of my stuff.

Here is a work-horse computer with the right price and the right assortment of memory, CPU and a 1 TB NVMe hard drive to boot. There is a minimum of PUP (potentially unwanted software) and a maximum of get-up and go. My advice: Narrow down the computer you are interested from the BestBuy Internet site and then go to the store. They cannot possibly put all of the models they carry on display. I found that partitioning the drive with the Windows 11 disk tools was easy to do even though I am not a drive maven. A word about the CPU: It avoids big heating problems and cooling complications since it is a modern low wattage AMD cpu.

Its been a work horse for my parents. They use it for general stuff, mostly online entertainment like YouTube and Facebook. Some bill paying. Not a lot of hard power apps. Gets the job done.
