I upgraded from windows 10 to windows 11. I'm satisfied thus far. This computer is much faster than my previous computer in downloading large files.

Still cranking along after 18 months in service

They use it for general stuff, mostly online entertainment like YouTube and Facebook. Some bill paying. Not a lot of hard power apps. Gets the job done.

My only complaint is it took 2 weeks for the Geek Squad to get everything transferred and loaded. We didn't know why it took so long because there was no communication from the store.

Once I got it home and set it up It was pretty easy setting up my internet and using this computer it was pretty easy navigating through and setting up my computer for my use. I like how it is set up and ease of use and even setting up my print and setting up my new Bluetooth speaker to the computer.

Overall a good buy

Otherwise this computer runs very well and it was an ok price for the market being the way it is.
