Good price, speed is fast for remote work, office applications, online meetings, web browsing. Windows 11 was really easy to set up and transferred my data smoothly. Keyboard is very flat. Mouse is kinda cheap, but works fine.

This computer was an open box item and was recommended by a Best Buy employee. There was no hard sales pitch, just explained the facts about this and other computers and then let me decide. I used the Geek Squad to transfer my data from my old computer to the new one. I am very pleased with the product and the service and will be a Best Buy customer in the future.

It has 11 windows the only thing that doesn't have is a dvd/cd player, other than that its great.

This is the first HP I have ever had, and it is great. It is small and compact for what it does. I recommend you look at it if you need a new Desktop computer.

After getting help from the geek squad in setting up my computer before leaving the store, I felt confident. Once I got it home and set it up It was pretty easy setting up my internet and using this computer it was pretty easy navigating through and setting up my computer for my use. I like how it is set up and ease of use and even setting up my print and setting up my new Bluetooth speaker to the computer.

This is our second unit and both are awesome for the price. We have no issues and my kids use them for school work as well as Xbox game play. They are sold machines.

So far, so good. This was purchased to replace an all-in-one that just quit working. It's fast and reliable so far.
