Quick computer, 16Gb makes it fast, perfect for our customer. Basic desktop without price tag of all the bells and whistles

Very fast. a great desktop update, lots of storage.

I spent 3 months with this HP Pavilion before I decided to write a review. I don't use my desktop everyday, I mostly use it to manage my music and movies library and to surf the web. I have not had any problems other t h an the wireless keyboard fails to respond at times when it's not turned a certain way to align with the desktop. It's quick, it can handle multitasking and it looks quite nice. I do wish that a optical DVD was included.

Major upgrade from 10 year old laptop. Does everything I need, good value.

whish i had done a little more research at the store, the os and speed are fine quick there's some lag with the wireless keyboard and mouse if your multitasking, very quite with the ssd drive. I do a lot of music and picture's /video and I absolutely hate the task tabs pain in the you know what to manage my photos what took a click in windows 10 now takes 3 have to switch pages to do what i want. also hate the no optical drive have the remote one just don't like it. the media player was awesome in windows 10 i could easily change music on my i pods could rip and burn even though its the same version number its not even close cant rip or burn thru that program so I would not recommend this for tasks involving music /photos/video you will be disappointed. if all you do is surf the net you will like it but i do not

I’m not a “techy” person so I don’t buy the bells and whistles because I don’t need them. This basic HP suits my basic needs and was decently priced and equipped for its intended use… a little browsing, bill paying, and, of course SHOPPING. I feel I got most of the bang for my buck.

The computer has been good as I teach myself how to download and use it everyday. Best Buy dropped the ball when they made an appointment at Geek Squad and wanted me to leave it for 5 days. Cancel Geek Squad was easy, and money saved doing things myself.
