I’ve had his computer for 9 months and this computer has been terrible. The Bluetooth connections are terrible. I’ve tried multiple Bluetooth keyboards and this computer has a terrible lag and the computer keeps locking up. It’s been very frustrating not getting the support for a computer that I paid almost $1,000 for. The HP support has been difficult to reach. I’m close to just selling this computer and starting all over again. I have to continue to go to Task Manager just to get the computer to respond because it constantly freezes up on me during operation. I’m telling you as someone that uses computers all the time, this is not the computer you want to purchase. I can barely run MS office, Excel, or MS word without having to constantly restart my computer.

Computer started giving me Fatal error message within 2 weeks of buying it from Best Buy. Best Buy won’t allow me to return it because it’s past the 15 day return period. How disappointing to keep a computer that’s not even a month old and won’t turn on properly 9/10 times.

The case and power switch are terrible. Power switch jams frequently. The side panel and front cover must be removed to free up the switch. The flimsy front-cover fasteners are almost impossible to align and break easily. I no longer use the front cover, engaging the power button by hand. Right this minute, I am fed up!

Not impressed. I have a laptop that is 18 years old that runs my recording software much better than this brand new machine. Having spent almost 2 weeks pay on it, I'm not too thrilled with its performance. Despite being told by the sales person it would more than handle the software I use.

This Pavilion desktop computer was purchased as a replacement for a older Dell Inspiron desktop for one of our in-office employees. What a difference it's made! The Ryzen 7 processor is more than capable of handling anything the employee throws at it, and the 16GB of RAM ensures that there isn't any unnecessary slowdown during the work day. Most of what the employee does is cloud-based, but having the 1TB SSD there is comforting in case she needs to save files to her PC. Having so many ports on the front of the tower (USB, headphones, card reader) makes cable management a breeze. It's a little overkill for the type of office work this employee does, but I can rest easy knowing I won't have to upgrade her PC for 6-7 years most likley. My only problem with it is all the HP bloatware they add to their computers. But it's easy enough to remove it, just time-consuming. But it's pretty much the same no matter what brand you go with. Windows 11-ready, so you don't have to worry about upgrading later this year.

Bought this computer a few months ago with new monitor, speakers and keyboard. Very pleased with the purchase. It is so much faster than the laptop I was using. The set up was smooth and easy right out of box when I got it home. I also purchased the windows 365 with it that comes with windows defender. After a week I decided to make appointment with Geek Squad at the north Academy Store in COS to make sure and review the set up. Everything was copasetic. I am very pleased with the product, the store staff and Geek squad Service. I recommend the store and product.

Very fast computer. Easy to set up. Only issue is Windows 11. It really sucks but has nothing to do with the computer itself. It is quiet and fast. Tons of memory.

This was a great upgrade. This tower replaced my 12 year old desktop and the difference in speed is great. It is also very quiet, especially compared to my old PC. Got this on sale which made it more appealing. So far a solid and well performing unit. As others have noted - there is no dvd/cd drive even though the picture shows a slot. I just purchased an external DVD/CD drive for the now rare times I need one. Not a big deal. Go ahead and purchase...

I just purchased this HP Pavilion computer to replace an old HP Pavilion that was at least ten years old. It is lightning fast compared to the old pc. This pc probably isn't the best choice for gamers, but for my purpose, it works fine. It is not that much different than my old pc which was fine when it was new. It has a better processor and more memory than my old pc. So far, I am very happy with it's performance.

FAST! I've had this desktop for a year, and I love it! Fast uploads/downloads, lots of memory, easy to use. For $600 at the 2023 Black Friday deal, it was a great value! What more could I want? Well, the keyboard isn't that great - flat, not ergonomic at all. I will likely replace that soon.

I really like this computer. It’s super fast and turns on in just a few seconds. I can open a bunch of tabs, watch videos, and do work without any lag. The 1TB of space is more than enough for all my files and photos. It looks nice and clean in silver, and it doesn’t make much noise. Setup was easy too. I’m not a tech expert, but this desktop does exactly what I need—no complaints!
