This is better then the others by far. HP has is all the features to get the job done the first time.

Excellent Desktop for what I needed. It fits the profile and performs well! I use it for accessing my emails, writing programs and applications and documenting processes via MSWORD. This Desktop is very fast and multi tasks well too without any delays.

It had been 9 years since I purchased my past desktop computer with Intel processor. After speaking and learning from the Best Buy Geek Squad experts, I made the decision to replace it. I was confident with my HP Pavilion Desktop AMD Ryzen 7 computer! I have no regrets and thank the Best Buy teams!

No CD Rom Drive and had to learn Windows 11. Would probably have to move to 11 eventually, but a lot of my programs don't work on 11. Wireless mouse runs on USB freezes all the time. Thinking about moving to a hard wired mouse. Could have gotten the same PC cheaper at Sam's, with CD drive and Win 10. Live and learn!

For its price, you've got: a high tier CPU, a good sized pool of 16GB RAM and a 1TB SSD to help cut down on load times. Unfortunately, the stock PSU and nondescript onboard graphics leave much to be desired and its smaller case size limits options for upgrades. Still a pretty nice machine for the price.

I haven't had any problems with this computer. Great graphics & easy set up. Love the wireless mouse. I would recommend this product to anyone. Downloads are quickly done. I may want to add 1 TB later, but I'm sure that's an option for anyone who downloads as much as I do.

My last one lasted 10 years and it was time for an upgrade. Very happy with how easy it was to set up and get started. I just need a computer for surfing the internet, watching shows, storing/editing pictures/videos, and using Word. Have had for about a month now, very happy with the speed and storage size.

I am very happy to have replaced my 9 year old machine with this one. There is a vast difference in performance. No more freezing up. I cannot say a lot as I am not a techie but it is just a real relief to have a dependable computer for my needs again.

Greaters are the best there. PC was good. Not enough workers in the store are available to help

Great system at a great price. Perfect for our small office setting. Very easy to setup, but just be warned that there is a little bloatware on here so just take a second when you are setting up and get rid of the unwanted software.
