Super Fast & Easy to Use

I run my own tax accounting business from home and a cat rescue. I need things to be fast. This computer is proving to be just that. I always have such good luck with HP products.

This was fixed with the help of HP service. I replaced my Dell because I couldn't upgrade window 10.

Research first!

Would probably have to move to 11 eventually, but a lot of my programs don't work on 11. Wireless mouse runs on USB freezes all the time. Thinking about moving to a hard wired mouse. Could have gotten the same PC cheaper at Sam's, with CD drive and Win 10. Live and learn!

Awesome machine!!

I upgraded it to 11 Pro so it could connect to the network and server systems but otherwise its been a great machine!! Plenty of speed, no lag and no latency issues connecting!!

Very happy with how easy it was to set up and get started. I just need a computer for surfing the internet, watching shows, storing/editing pictures/videos, and using Word. Have had for about a month now, very happy with the speed and storage size.
