This computer is very fast with the processor and the SSD storage. It only takes moments to boot and shut down. The new Windows 11 is similar to a Mac and feels very intuitive.

Bought this for a replacement of my old touch screen. It is fast enough for me and does all and more then I will ever need, happy with-it good price Best Buy is and will be my go store for all things electronic.

Having this computer for only a few weeks, i would say it is working great so far. After I checked out several computers at the store, I bought this HP model. I thought this model might be overkill as far as the features I would need. Now I am happy for the storage and other things this computer has provided so far.

Love it. It was so easy to set up which was very important to me. I like all the new features I didn’t have on my old computer. Well worth the money.

My old HP computer died. I bought this on sale to replace it and couldn't be happier. Luckily the Geek Squad got the information off the old hard drive, transferred it to and setup the new one and a backup external SSD I bought. The old HP had an Intel I7 chip this one has a Ryzen 7, and I can't tell the difference. The SSD in the new one makes restarts and updates work a whole lot faster. The computer that died would take about 5 minutes to start. this one about 90 seconds. SSD being electronic will surely outlast a mechanical hard drive. Over the years several computers of mine died and it was usually the hard drive. The one thing I don't like is Windows 11, but HP has nothing to do with that. Overall, I'm very pleased.

I purchased the refurbished geek squad approved inspection model and it was basically pre setup. Super easy. And it runs my golf simulator set up while being able to manage finances.

This computer was purchased for my Insurance business. It has more than enough storage the windows platform work flawlessly all of my wireless products connected seamlessly. This tower was an awesome purchase, and I will be purchasing several more for my staff.

Love HP in general. Great compact, mildly upgradeable PC. I've had it for over a year with an nVidia 2gb gpu. Love it. Also... So shiny... so silver... such wow.

So far so good! The processing speed is excellent compared to the model that I had previously. You don't have to worry about this model slowing down or being choppy when you're performing multiple tasks.

My PC means more to me than any other communication device I have. I need a smart phone so I can clock in and out at work. Otherwise, I might still use a flip phone. I'm comfortable with HP. My old one lasted nine years. I could have gone cheaper but why would I want to? The folks at Best Buy are the greatest. I couldn't be more pleased. Embrace technology. Get the best you can afford. I was only off-line for a day or so. Windows 11 was able to save all my data. I used my old PC tower as long as it was able to function. Now it's a doorstop.

Great deal. Since the computer is a few years old at this point Best Buy had it discounted. But it’s still very fast and has good upgradability for the price. If you need a decent home or work computer and can score this one for a good price, get it!
