My old HP computer died. I bought this on sale to replace it and couldn't be happier. Luckily the Geek Squad got the information off the old hard drive, transferred it to and setup the new one and a backup external SSD I bought. The old HP had an Intel I7 chip this one has a Ryzen 7, and I can't tell the difference. The SSD in the new one makes restarts and updates work a whole lot faster. The computer that died would take about 5 minutes to start. this one about 90 seconds. SSD being electronic will surely outlast a mechanical hard drive. Over the years several computers of mine died and it was usually the hard drive. The one thing I don't like is Windows 11, but HP has nothing to do with that. Overall, I'm very pleased.

I purchased the refurbished geek squad approved inspection model and it was basically pre setup. Super easy. And it runs my golf simulator set up while being able to manage finances.

So much faster than my old HP. I thought it came with McCafree (sp) for a year, but it expired after one month.

Great deal. Since the computer is a few years old at this point Best Buy had it discounted. But it’s still very fast and has good upgradability for the price. If you need a decent home or work computer and can score this one for a good price, get it!

This machine does all it was described to do. It has taken me a little time to get used to the new Microsoft 11 program. I was told that this computer had a DVD drive but found out the hard way that I had to purchase a separate unit. Not as convenient as my old Dell in that respect.

I just started using this a few day ago and so far I love the speed it has and size.

Love it. It was so easy to set up which was very important to me. I like all the new features I didn’t have on my old computer. Well worth the money.

So far so good! The processing speed is excellent compared to the model that I had previously. You don't have to worry about this model slowing down or being choppy when you're performing multiple tasks.

I bought this Desktop and a companion LG USB drive to replace a 12-yr-old HP Desktop. With increased storage and processing speeds, I was able to transfer files and get up in running very fast. It's much smaller than my old unit so now it sets on my work table for easier access.

Love HP in general. Great compact, mildly upgradeable PC. I've had it for over a year with an nVidia 2gb gpu. Love it. Also... So shiny... so silver... such wow.

The desktop is fast, more compact and what I need in a personal/financial computer.

great customer service no purchasing hasseling the associate was very helpful with our question also geek squad was also helpful. great store and products. bst is great store for tech supplies. order online is terrific also. stores are easy to find locations.

My PC means more to me than any other communication device I have. I need a smart phone so I can clock in and out at work. Otherwise, I might still use a flip phone. I'm comfortable with HP. My old one lasted nine years. I could have gone cheaper but why would I want to? The folks at Best Buy are the greatest. I couldn't be more pleased. Embrace technology. Get the best you can afford. I was only off-line for a day or so. Windows 11 was able to save all my data. I used my old PC tower as long as it was able to function. Now it's a doorstop.

I am delighted with my HP Pavilion Desktop. It was effortless to set up and upload my existing programs. In addition, it only took a few minutes to connect and get my printer up and running.
