We have only had this computer set up for a couple of days but it has been great!!! Easy set up when seting up as a new computer. I do not have an opinion about setup with transferring data.

The computer is exactly what we needed. Website was very useful in the selection process. Customer service at the local store in Hebron, Ohio was superb. Definitely weill purchase from Best Buy again.

I got fair one missing parts only keyboard. Working excellent

My daughter and I went to Best Buy to purchase a new desktop computer. We didn't know which one we wanted so we asked for assistance. The sales clerk was fabulous! She showed us the differences and benefits with several computers. We bought one.

Excellent computer! Fast, qaulity graphics. Everything anyone would need home, school, or gaming. But 2 complaints are that it turns its internet off. Not loses connection but actually turns it off where I have to go into the cpu and turn internet back on for it to even show the wifi available in the area once again. The other problem is that when typing my hand hits the mouse and it sends what Im typing to thw top of the page making for writing to be obnoxious unless I turn off the mouse pad. Fixing those two issues this computer has lasted over a year so far without issue. Ive even dropped it twice. Solid built and super fast.

If you are looking for something good, do not hesitate to buy this equipment, it will make it easier for you to work very quickly and well.

Liking it so far. Meets all my needs, and it is pretty quick as well.

I usually purchase Intel systems, but Best Buy on floor agent looked up the specs and this AMD was very comparable to the i5. It is performing just as well as a video and QuickBooks server/console. Customer enjoyed the savings.

Computer is very fast. Programs load in seconds. Boots up quickly also. I'm very pleased with it. Only thing is the keyboard and mouse are on the flimsy side but work fine. I will replace them a soon as I can. I would buy again.

Great price great product  if you want one of those HP just buy it

Very satisfied with my purchase. This is a great computer for both multimedia and office applications. The onboard video is good, but one thing I will point out is if a person intends to upgrade the video you will also need to upgrade the power supply.
