good computer tower; fast and efficient but was disappointed it didn't come with a disk drive, i thought the fake slot was real until I got it home and then had to buy an external drive for CD/DVDs

This desktop computer is very fast and has the SSI drive that can hold a lot of data and all my photos best

I bought this computer to have a desktop to handle photo editing and light gaming. It has not let me down yet. It handles Adobe Lightroom with no problems, and so far no issues on Adobe Photoshop either. My only hangup is that it doesn't like to communicate with my camera (Canon EOS 1DX Mark II), so I had to get an external memory card reader (I use CFast cards, and the memory card slot is SD). I have one minor hangup in that it only has one USB-C port, and there are times I need two USB-C items plugged in. Other than that, it is a great machine that I haven't had any issues with.

Very fast. Windows 11 is an adjustment for me, coming from Windows 7. The only thing I don't like about it is there isn't an optical drive. All the external optical drive are cheap and noisy, so I really miss an internal one.

It's fast and responsive. Windows 11 has caused one situation that needed resolution. Managed to get that done with assistance from rep of the software program that was being affected, Overall, very pleased.

Purchased for a customer to replace a computer in a industrial application. This seems fast and suited to the requirements for the job.

I ordered a HP computer just before the forth of July and it was delivered promptly. It quit working the next day. Best Buy people exchanged it and the new one runs OK. Now it's time to learn Windows 11.

Good, runs fast, difficult hooking up a surround a sound system..does not respond to external cdr player quickly enough. overall a good pc, worth the price when on sale.

It's quite when it's on, small enough to keep on my desk. The only thing I don't like about it is it doesn't have a DVD writer, I have to use a portable DVD Writer.

This HP Pavilion Desktop is great! More compact than older desktops and in an attractive front cover in silver. We are very pleased with our purchase!

I purchased this because my old computer finally died. This one was reasonably priced and had the functions I needed. It's a nice home computer.

I love a desktop, so that is #1 need for me. The Best Buy tech set it up three weeks ago and I have had no issues at all. Having the multiple ports in front of the desktop are a bonus as well. I chose a desktop as I like that the speakers, monitor, keyboard, are separate which means an easy fix (replacement) if I have a problem. BTW: I have laptops that I use, but for work, projects, etc. a desktop is my choice and the HP Pavillion was recommended to me.

I enjoy my new computer and printer and of course my new moniter.

The computer is exactly what we needed. Website was very useful in the selection process. Customer service at the local store in Hebron, Ohio was superb. Definitely weill purchase from Best Buy again.

Happy to have this new HP desktop with Windows 11. This is a big upgrade from Windows 8.1 and an 8 yr. old HP desktop. Always a learning experience and glad to have Best Buy Tech help.

I have always had good luck with HP computers and this one so far has been as good. I don't care for the mouse and keyboard that came with it but I use my own. But like the computer, I wish they still came with the cd/dvd drive in then.

Does everything I needed and twice as fast - sale price was too good not to buy. Upgrade from former HP Used for business and family - no problems.
