I purchased this because my old computer finally died. This one was reasonably priced and had the functions I needed. It's a nice home computer.

Love my new computer! Has all the right hardware and memory that I'll need to last me for years to come. Plus got it on sale $700 out the door and you can't beat the price for all the great stuff this computer has going for it.

This desktop computer is very fast and has the SSI drive that can hold a lot of data and all my photos best

I purchased this computer to replace my old one and found it to be just a little morer than I paid 5 years old Best buy uploaded information from the old one and got me going. Reps were very helpful in picking out products and the customer service was great.

Bought open box but was missing the keyboard and mouse. Computer itself works ok. Great inexpensive work pc.

The machine is as advertised. No issues with startup or function/speed. It would be nice if it had a second HDMI to make dual monitor setup easier (vice HDMI and VGA) and more USB-C ports on front panel. Overall, well worth the price. Happy customer

Good, runs fast, difficult hooking up a surround a sound system..does not respond to external cdr player quickly enough. overall a good pc, worth the price when on sale.

This compyrer is good if you play Sims 4 wity cc and mods. Works best with up to date monitors but will also get the job done with and older monitor, you might have to adjust the visual settings.

Great computer, does what I want. Very fast. The only down side was it didn't have a optical drive even when it showed the door for one. Best Buy took care of me, I now have a optical drive.

Ability to add internal components such as graphics card or storage is limited by the internal power supply's lack of capacity and power cable connectors. Ran windows experience diagnostic and it exceeded 8.0 except for graphics which tested low at 4.8. But a solid performer for me since I'm not a gamer. If you are a gamer, I would not purchase this.

I love a desktop, so that is #1 need for me. The Best Buy tech set it up three weeks ago and I have had no issues at all. Having the multiple ports in front of the desktop are a bonus as well. I chose a desktop as I like that the speakers, monitor, keyboard, are separate which means an easy fix (replacement) if I have a problem. BTW: I have laptops that I use, but for work, projects, etc. a desktop is my choice and the HP Pavillion was recommended to me.

Much quicker processor than my previous computer. It was time for an upgrade and this HP Desktop checked off all the right boxes and a big plus was the windows 11.

Bought to replace an older out of date desktop. This one fits the bill and the perfomance is wonderful

I don’t love that there is only 1 hdmi, everyone uses multiple monitors now…. But great item for the price. Took some time removing all the “free” programs full of ads…. But working great now….

Processor is fast, doesn’t stall or freeze even if i have 10 windows open it doesn’t slow down.

The unit was certainly user friendly to set up. Take it out of the box and plug it in; sync the keyboard.

Nice computer for my Business. Plenty of storage and plus it was on sale. Like the wireless keyboard and mouse.
