working just great. there was no problem with getting help with this purchase. the staff was so helpful in carrying over the information from the other computer.

Purchased for a customer to replace a computer in a industrial application. This seems fast and suited to the requirements for the job.

Very good, fast and capable computer. Very large storage is a plus. Only drawback is no optical reader, meaning cannot run CD or DVD’s. This is very easily overlooked when buying because you naturally expect it and thus don’t look for it.

The HP Pavillion desktop computer was exactly what I needed. It's really fast and looks good too.

Good desktop. The only issue is the rectangle on the front that looks like it should be a CD/DVD player, but it isn't. The Geek Squad told me it was a player but when I called HP to figure out how to work with it, they told me it wasn't anything. The desktop should have another front cover if it doesn't have anything that works.

Works great! Wasn't sure I would like Windows 11, but it's not that hard to learn. Plenty of ports for everything I need to connect! My 4th HP and the best one yet!

It's fast and responsive. Windows 11 has caused one situation that needed resolution. Managed to get that done with assistance from rep of the software program that was being affected, Overall, very pleased.

I have zero problems with this new computer I prefer an HP every time!! It was also very releasably priced!! Every Best Buy sales person I spoke with took as much time as I wanted to explain all the new features. Highly recommend an HP computer!!!

Bought this to get my wife caught up to the current level of computing. Chose the rig and shopped around. I was surprised to find the best deal at Best Buy. It’s performed perfectly and she loves it.

I bought this computer to have a desktop to handle photo editing and light gaming. It has not let me down yet. It handles Adobe Lightroom with no problems, and so far no issues on Adobe Photoshop either. My only hangup is that it doesn't like to communicate with my camera (Canon EOS 1DX Mark II), so I had to get an external memory card reader (I use CFast cards, and the memory card slot is SD). I have one minor hangup in that it only has one USB-C port, and there are times I need two USB-C items plugged in. Other than that, it is a great machine that I haven't had any issues with.

I am very pleased with my purchase. This PC is way faster than my old laptop.

Price, Price, Price. Power to cost ratio makes this hard to pass up. Windows 11 as well so you don't get cought with out support in October.
