Very wimpy-feeling power "button". Doesn't feel like it will work more than 100 times, maybe it will, I hope but very poor design. Also I'm already tired trying to get the layout I like in Windows 10 to automatically open in Windows 11. Also Microsoft was really cute and put everything in this computer that's a Microsoft program and I prefer some other programs for the same thing. I will have to go back to this computer some time and try to get the layout I want. Computer itself also feels right light weight compared to my other 2 computers. Maybe it's because they have dvd/cd drives and this one doesn't. But not giving me a feeling of confidence. Those 2 have lasted more than 10 years through decent amount of use and dust and cat hair getting into the case. They are set on the bottom shelf of a desk, underneath the movable shelf for the keyboard and mouse to protect them from cat pee, so they get a lot of dust.

It is fast and runs like a top! I would highly recommend it to someone looking for a new desktop.

I love my new HP, it is so fast. I no longer have to wait for anything to upload. It is also pretty.

Looked for a simple machine for my small business and this unit seemed to have the power to run the business programs I needed. It has not given me any problems in the two months that I have been using it.

The desktop works faster than our previous desktop. Our biggest complaint is that often the computer freezes in a loop. The only way to get out is to push the power button to power down. Then push the power button to restart. Find that frustrating. Do like that it came with a wireless keyboard and mouse.

Was excellent, good speed and in great condition boots up fast and is accurate

I feel like i came out of the stone age with my old slow computer. I bought what i needed, it's fast and i'm happy with it.

This tower is fast and it keeps up without delay with my graphic design work. Awesome tower!

I ordered a HP computer just before the forth of July and it was delivered promptly. It quit working the next day. Best Buy people exchanged it and the new one runs OK. Now it's time to learn Windows 11.

I am pleased with my purchase. New computer is much faster than my old one. I feel like I got a good deal on the puchase.

Only have used a couple weeks so far but wanted something with good speed to handle my work from home. So far very pleased.

Happy to have this new HP desktop with Windows 11. This is a big upgrade from Windows 8.1 and an 8 yr. old HP desktop. Always a learning experience and glad to have Best Buy Tech help.

I purchased this computer a year ago. It always worked great until about 2 months after the factory warrenty, where all the sudden, it wouldnt display anything on a monitor. I tried every trick I know to try and get it working again. I finally gave up and brought it to the geek squad and not even they could fix it for me. I will never purchase from HP again, their quality has tanked.

Very fast. Windows 11 is an adjustment for me, coming from Windows 7. The only thing I don't like about it is there isn't an optical drive. All the external optical drive are cheap and noisy, so I really miss an internal one.

Love HP and Apple. Got this unit because i got it at a great price and it had many of the things i was looking for.
