This desktop it’s incredible fast, the only downside is that you can’t do much to upgrade graphics.

My first ever HP computer. My old Dell was 7 years old and had become belligerent. My wife was tired of listening to me grumble every morning while trying to open apps and documents. I was delighted to find this 1TB SSD Windows 11 tower, although a number of my old peripherals (printer/scanner & video camera) were no longer compatible. So, it's never a simple replace and play scenario these days... I would definitely recommend this vital home office device!!

The desktop is super fast and it’s a good deal for the sale price Best Buy had it that it was a no brainer. I just wished it had more ports but I guess that’s the norm now.

This is a great computer. This is a great computer. I use it for remote Tech Support and gaming. And for a non-gaming PC, it keeps up.

This is one fast computer with the Ryzen 7 processer. Looks good to. Loads fast. Hope it lasts 12 years like my last HP Pavillon.

This is a good computer for everyday use. However, my power button sometimes does not work right away and I have to fiddle with it to start the computer. Not always but sometimes.

It is mostly a great device. Would be better if it had a disc drive. This is the only complaint I have about this device.

The HP desktop is performing as advertised. It has been in use since 1/2 and is up to expectations.

Was lucky enough to find an open box. Computer works great so far. Will never ever buy an all in one computer again… different worlds.

This is the first Windows 11 system that I purchased, what a wonderful surprise. What a screamer!

Product great. Experience poor. Even though there few customers in the store, had to ask for help. Manager seemed irritated because he was apparently training new employees. I will seek other businesses for future purchases.

Replaced my tired and very slow desktop in November. I purchased from Best Buy because they always have a excellent inventory of in stock product. Purchase was fast and smooth with very little paper work. The staff was very helpful in matching the desktop for my needs. The Geek Squad was timely with delivery and setup. Great staff - start to finish. I give this store a Excellent (5 Stars) rating and I recommend it highly. Thank you Best Buy. Steve

This PC computer is very faster and work excellent. Its a great computer to operates in smaller offices.

Excellent Desktop; has many features; a lot of extra written materials that you can print to understand Windows 11. Quiet running; plenty of USB Ports.

I purchased this computer a year ago. It always worked great until about 2 months after the factory warrenty, where all the sudden, it wouldnt display anything on a monitor. I tried every trick I know to try and get it working again. I finally gave up and brought it to the geek squad and not even they could fix it for me. I will never purchase from HP again, their quality has tanked.
