Great Purchase

There is no comparison to my 14-year-old PC. It is a pain getting everything set up on a new PC but guess that's life. The Geek squad transferred all my files, which was a huge deal for me. My wife has the Geek squad on speed dial, so I took advantage also and glad I did.

Everything I needed for what I wanted to do

HP - Pavilion Desktop - AMD Ryzen 7 - 16GB Memory

Another Geek Squad agent came to remedy the issue. Worked fine for a day. Tried to contact Geek Squad again but had difficulty getting through, when i did there was a I 1/2 hour hold. Did not wait. Called again had to wait three days before someone to come. Needed help NOW. I called someone else and got it fixed
