The geek squad service on the other had was TRASH!!!!!!!!! I had to hire an individual to come to my house and fix what they had done!!!! It was bouncing emails back at my webmail so fast that it locked my account with 5000 emails. No one showed for the scheduled appointment from geek squad at that point I paid $400 to an outside IT person to fix it 4 hours later!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
