If you are not computer Savey, make sure you ask what all comes with the system. I had to return to best buy to buy speakers. It has been 20years since I bought a desktop. Only used a laptop. HP has been helpful in setup.

Even though there few customers in the store, had to ask for help. Manager seemed irritated because he was apparently training new employees. I will seek other businesses for future purchases.

MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WORKS BEFORE BUYING:(

Once in a while it may show up in File Explorer, when an SD card is inserted but it can't be accessed. Click on it and it says insert card. SD card is brand new and works well in Windows 10. If inserted before turning on computer, the computer won't start. If inserted after the computer starts, I can't shut of the computer. I've tried every cure I've seen on the Net and nothing works. Luckily I have a portable DVD player/burner. That should still be standard equipment, I think.

My previous computer had died and they were able to resurrect it long enough to transfer my needed data.
