Happy with the product however the company they used to deliver the package was terrible. Delivered to wrong address which was way off. Not happy about that. Called Best Buy and they told me that I had to take it up with the 3rd party company. Own up to it BEST BUY! You contracted them not me!

I'm disappointed. When I purchased I understood that I would need a monitor. The tower is very fast. However, In thought I asked the salesperson enough question. What is missing is sound and no camera. Being a senior, I have to deal with the expense of buying a camera and speakers. Trying to find out if it has a sound card. Called HP, however they could not answer. Disappointed in purchase because I was not prepared for the extra expense.

I like it for what it does. It is a computer with all of the capabilities that you need when simply using a browser or reviewing documents. The only setback I have experienced has been with hardware. I got a basic wireless keyboard and mouse, but the fob to connect them to the computer almost went with the trash. They keyboard turned out to be defective because when I hit the single apostrophe, question mark, backslash, or quote(s) keys. It instead produces È É and È letters. There is no disc tray or way for the computer to produce any sound. No speakers, too. There is a headset jack. I was already aware that no monitor came with any additional hardware, so at the same time the mouse and keyboard were a bit of a small surprise. In mentioning the defect, I feel it does defeat that final statement, but I digress. I just wish that I did not have my low standards unmet by having to debate whether bringing up a defective keyboard is even worth it. All in all, the computer is working magnificently. The added bonus is that my antivirus trial came through right as I logged in to my account.

So far so good with the set up and use of this computer!

Very easy to use, migration from old pc to new pc was a easy task.

Sufficient power for our needs. Easy set up. Only thing missing was a CD/DVD drive.

The product operates just what I expected it to excellent

For whatever reason this unit needs to be unplugged every few days to reset. All icons and pages become large and distorted all on their own. I've spent hours researching and trying to fix this issue, nothing else works other than unplugging the unit
