    Did not have a disc drive. Was not aware of this at time of purchase. Previous pavillion had a disc drive.

    I first purchased an HP because it had the most memory. It had a problem that came from the factory. I had to bring it back. They were happy to exchange it for another HP. I took another option & bought a Dell with more memory. I would have bought the Dell first if I had known then that they had that option. Sales force carelessness.

    Didn't realize that I really needed this. My old computer was getting really slow and glitchy. Was maddening trying to do tax returns on it!!

    Just got it but it Seems to be working ok. Decent price. Keyboard is smaller then what im use to. Hook up was easy and it pretty much transferred all our stuff automatically
