Computer purchase

Delivery was good and I visited some with the Tech people about hooking up speakers. All in all a strong 4.

It's just too bad that the odious Microsoft has to get involved by confusing the setup by insisting an account be established. I do not want a Microsoft account. I did a price challenge a week after the purchase and saved about $150.

They were able to help resolve an issue. I had within two minutes that the geek squad at Best Buy could not do without “coming out for an on site fix.”

HP Pavillion Desktop is Tops.

Each person treated me with respect and gave me their full attention when describing my problems on my computer. They explained everything in an understandable way, and were friendly and pleasant. Each one deserves a raise. :)
