For my grandpa this is a good computer with more than plenty of power for him. However in the specs from HP it says it has DRR4 3200 ram. That is correct, sort of. Because the motherboard only supports 2133 it runs that ram at that lower speed. Its a shady marketing tactic they get away with.

Window's 11 is a bit of a challenge. I also installed Microsoft Office. Excel has changed some of it's features that have taken some time to adjust to. Since I replaced my old H P with this new one the set up went very smooth with H P doing all the work of transferring old documents. I loved that.

I expected much better

The exterior is so cheap looking and feeling, but I don't really care about that. This comes with Windows 11 which is by far so annoying. I expected this to perform better. It freezes a lot. Doesn't make sense to me. It should be lighting fast. It has a lot of hiccups. I don't know if it's because it's running Win 11 or because it's faulty. Not happy with this purchase.
