I expected much better

The exterior is so cheap looking and feeling, but I don't really care about that. This comes with Windows 11 which is by far so annoying. I expected this to perform better. It freezes a lot. Doesn't make sense to me. It should be lighting fast. It has a lot of hiccups. I don't know if it's because it's running Win 11 or because it's faulty. Not happy with this purchase.

New HP computer

Best Buy did an excellent job tranferring files from the old unit to the new one. HP has a built-in system test utility that helps ensure the unit is running well.
