our computer needed to be upgraded and we talked to several computer tecs. that we knew and with their help we went to Best Buy and with help from your staff member we picked this computer.

solid PC for the price , comes with all peripherals.

The only thing I wish it had was an internal DVD drive I have a lot of data on DVD's.

It has lots of nice features. I Love music and it Does Not have a DVD/CD that is very important to me. The added additional extra time and inconvenience for and to me and all customers to have multiple contraptions, and the financial expenses cost for a separate device is just too much trouble.

The HP Pavillion home desktop should fulfill the need for the average family. Plenty of gaming power with options to run the Houshold finances!

Nice small size. No problems Handled everything I've tried.

The computer was easy to install. All I had to do was plug it in and it ran it's own instillation program. I bought this pavillion because the last desktop I had was a pavillion and it lasted a very long time. I expect this computer to do the same.

Working well so far. Fills my need to replace my 20-year-old motherboard and case. Was not sure I wanted an AMD processor, but it is really quick. Easy transition to Windows 11.

Good overall value in a more compact mini desktop.

This product was a replacement for a much older PC with Windows Vista. Therefore, it has been a learning curve. I basically like it and have had only a couple of minor issues. I think it takes longer than expected to start up and work 100%.

Works great. Has sufficient amount of memory. Price was not bad.

Upgrading my development PCs at home. I run Fedora Linux on them and need a computer which will install and run Linux without issue. Worked well enough I bought a second.

Received the computer with a non-functioning keyboard (the letter P does not work). I was told over a support chat with Best Buy that it wasn't a problem that I could take the keyboard to my local Best Buy store and they can swap it out. I took that advice and went ahead with a spare keyboard and put the computer into service. Unfortuanately when I went to the store they told me that the chat agent was incorrect and that they can not swap out the keyboard. I would have to bring back the entire computer for a return. Sadly since the computer is already imaged and in service, it won't be worth it to decommission and return to Best Buy and start the process all over again. I just called the Best Buy support number, and they repeated that the only option is to return the entire PC, and that the original chat support agent was incorrect. I understand that policy, but unfortuantely at the advice of the original support agent, we proceeded past the point that returning the entire PC would be a viable option. I most likely won't make another computer purchase from Best Buy as a result of the incorrect/mismatched support and inability to find any flexibility for a solution to make up for an error on their end.
