Received the computer with a non-functioning keyboard (the letter P does not work). I was told over a support chat with Best Buy that it wasn't a problem that I could take the keyboard to my local Best Buy store and they can swap it out. I took that advice and went ahead with a spare keyboard and put the computer into service. Unfortuanately when I went to the store they told me that the chat agent was incorrect and that they can not swap out the keyboard. I would have to bring back the entire computer for a return. Sadly since the computer is already imaged and in service, it won't be worth it to decommission and return to Best Buy and start the process all over again. I just called the Best Buy support number, and they repeated that the only option is to return the entire PC, and that the original chat support agent was incorrect. I understand that policy, but unfortuantely at the advice of the original support agent, we proceeded past the point that returning the entire PC would be a viable option. I most likely won't make another computer purchase from Best Buy as a result of the incorrect/mismatched support and inability to find any flexibility for a solution to make up for an error on their end.

This is my first computer that I buy, and I have to say that Im happy with the product. Im able to run and play games that dont required a very high processor. I recommend this if you want something while you are at High School or College.

Pleased with the computer but more pleased with Geek Squad for helping me out and giving me valuable information and their help!

Great product! I was looking to replace my office PC with something better with a graphics card that I could do some online gaming with when I have extra time.

Still getting used to it. Having trouble using it to do what I was doing before.

The HP Pavilion Desktop is a good computer for the price.

This is my third or fourth HP pavilion model The previous one lasted eight years The set up was relatively easy. The sales process was easy. The sales rep was very nice so I’m a happy camper.

Found the ADM Ryzen 7 processor is a little slower than the Intel i5 in our last computer. Works fine overall.

Got for my grandma ss she olays facebook games and browses the web, she loves it after her dell crapped out after only 4 years

This purchase replaced a computer that was almost 15 years old... maybe older. Takes some getting used to Windows 11 but now I love it.

Great for the normal use that requires CPU power. It doesn't have a dedicated graphics card and the system is not strong for tasks requiring high GPU (Graphical Processing Unit) processing like running video editing software.

I was happy with my dex pad and s10 plus but thier are things that you need a physical cpu to do. This was not the model i was going for. It actuality was on sale and i must say so far so good. As for me and qhat i need it for.

The computer seems to work fine. It is a little bit noisy at not that bad. Since I had laptops for the last several years I forgot I had to have speakers and a microphone.
