Can't download old icons and files from my old computer. Had to switch back to my old keyboard and mouse because the one that came with the computer got to appoint that it stopped working. It was new and I put in another new set of batteries, and it still didn't work. My new works fine until it stops out-of-the-blue. Hard to get restarted.

Unfortunately, I found that it was not well suited for my needs. I encountered several issues with the PC freezing up or shutting down while browsing the web or streaming videos. I had to return it and decided not to exchange it for another one. In my opinion, I would not recommend this particular PC to anyone. However, it's possible that I received a defective unit.

This was not the model i was going for. It actuality was on sale and i must say so far so good. As for me and qhat i need it for.

The only thing that I am somewhat disappointed in is it has no speaker. For almost $1000 that I paid on the day I bought this, you would think that it would have had a speaker.
