    PC works great. Wireless keyboard doesn't work well. Keys stick, especially the period. I had to use my old keyboard.

    The product is great. The problem I had was with the geek Squad. They did not move all of my files and could not retrieve them when I discovered that the files were missing

    The store and the sale people were great. Every happy with the desktop, easy setup in minutes. I would buy another HP computer. But I am having problems with setting up the account online. For a month I can't get the account open. Talk to four associates with no results in solving the problem!

    There are still things on the Sony that I don't understand. So far only free movies I get is Utube & Pluto. I would think there would be Peacock or Hulu offered for free. oh well....
