Not 3 months old it crashed bitlocker key wouldn't restart it! There is absolutely no support even tho has 1 year warranty like a Chinese fire drill to get any help whatsoever. After a month of playing games with hp support I had to pay $100 to have it fixed now that's the absolute worst experience I've ever had and by the way the store told me couldn't exchange it so I'm on my own! I've owned dell's for the last 40 years this was a mistake to say the least buying this tower. Beware best buy doesn't care about you neither does hp!

I didn't have to go thru the tedius punching in of the wifi pass phrase. I didn't have to really do anything. Everything was recognized by my microsoft log in including all my google chrome settings.
