Good brand name, a lot faster than the old computer, have no used all the fuctions yet! very impressed. Easy set up, easy to connect. Itwas $200 off Black Friday sale, and used some of my points such a great deal!

This thing is fast and it was easy to setup. You will need the login credentials for your Microsoft account during setup. It will be much easier to test and/or reset your password on your old machine before tearing it out and putting this one in.

Computer is fast and easy to use. I shopped around and this was the best value for the money. I always purchased HP in the past and was very happy with that brand. Customer support was always available and very helpful.

Running pretty fast and quite, but no cd rom drive is not good.

I needed a new desktop sooner than expected. This is a refurbished unit that had the memory and storage space I wanted and the price was reasonable. It doesn't have a DVD drive but I can put one in if I want. Quickly got it set up and working. It is very fast and so far meets all my needs. I'm happy with this purchase after 18 days of use.

I am so happy with this PC. It performs quickly, accurately and has all the features and more to get the task done. It is a great overall personal use computer and would be great for an at home business. I also love Windows 11. Didn't think I would, but it is so easy to navigate.

Fast processor, lots of memory, 1Tb of SSD storage, USB3 and USB2.o. I like it, but not wild about Win11

I love the computer it works well and fast. The shipping was fast i'm very pleased for the services. The Website was easy to get around .We also bought a printer.

The specs would lead you to think this is a blazing fast computer, 16 gigs pf 4200 sped ram, 1 TB solis stAte hard drive, AMD Ryzen 7 processor running at 3.8 hz, 8 core, well it fooled me, my old computer was an Intel I5, same ram but slower speed, yet is out performs the new one. Both are HP, but the new one is OK, but not speedy at all. A big disappointment to me. Adobe now requires you to Or in to install photoshop from a opened DVD, , now they can track you easily! I mainly Recess photos, rarely video but some files are really big, time will tell if this will do a good job, but installing updates and software was not speedy. With tax I spent $800.00, to many that is not a lot, but to a retired man is is a lot. Don’t know if I would do this again!

It’s fast and was easy to set up. I am still trying to grasp windows 11, which was the main reason I bought the computer due to Microsoft ditching 10 next year. Also wish it had a dvd included, but that’s a dinosaur option. Computer seems solid and the wireless mouse works great.

It worked perfectly for what it should work for. I unfortunately needed something with more power so I had to return it, but it was an outstanding computer! Compact and sleek, loved the look and functionality of it!

My HP Pavilion tower processing speed is incredibly faster than my 2010 HP tower. It’s lighter, and doesn’t have a cooling fan to annoy me like the old one did.

This computer was the best priced unit with the most & best features. It’s fast! Works without any issues.

It was an "open box" item at reduced price. Inside the box everything was there as promised and in pristine condition. Set it up and have used it for about a month without problems. It's fast, has lots of memory for running multiple applications and the 1TB SSD is big enough to hold all the external storage devices I had been using and still have half to spare. The only negative feeling I have is the power supply is on the small size. But still very pleased so far!
