    Was the computer was being shipped to the store to call the next day to verify. When I called they said the computer was being shipped to my house and the couldn't trans fer my data until the following week

    First of all the salesman told me of a credit card deal 0% anywhere I use it wrong not in best buy over 30%. Not 3 months old it crashed bitlocker key wouldn't restart it! There is absolutely no support even tho has 1 year warranty like a Chinese fire drill to get any help whatsoever. After a month of playing games with hp support I had to pay $100 to have it fixed now that's the absolute worst experience I've ever had and by the way the store told me couldn't exchange it so I'm on my own! I've owned dell's for the last 40 years this was a mistake to say the least buying this tower. Beware best buy doesn't care about you neither does hp!

    Never used it. I was told it would be compatible with my monitor. After several trips to Best Buy and some attempts with converters, nothing worked. So I returned for a full refund I then purchased an all-in-one. Best choice. Too bad I wasn’t offered that in the first place
