Then being told that they were giving me 10% off for my inconvenience never got that either. I went to the store and returned it and received a new one that is working fine that's the only reason I gave it 2 stars. Should have only given 1 because of all the lies but the people in the store did the right thing.

Had to reset some default settings to speed up processing time. Some stored apps and files I had with Windows 10 didn’t completely transfer to Windows 11. A disappointment is the size of the keyboard that came with the tower. Its compact and if you have large fingers typing can be cumbersome
