Why have phones when I only speak English?

Their stuff works fine, They answer the phone when you ring them up and speak English as well. Over the years I have returned everything purchased at Best Buy because of poor communications. My wife has promised to put me down the next time I shop with you.

Delivery to the wrong place

The person in charge of making the delivery left a $650 computer AT A WRONG ADDRESS, causing stress and searching all the houses around, until it was found, TERRIBLE delivery service.
