As of this writing using it for three weeks. The unit seems to work sufficiently.

I bought this HP with the hopes of upgrading my old HP Desktop. With all the reviews, I thought this was perfect, I already had a great graphics card that I could port to it. After some work, I was able to get the graphics card in place, only to discover the pathetic power supply prevents uses it or any reasonable graphics card. Worse, the built-in graphics card only supports 1 HDMI. For the price this machine should be a lot better. I reverted back to my older but more capable HP... the processor may not be as good, but at least I have a decent graphics card that can support my two monitors.

I will rate this 3* because it doesn't have a D drive!

I needed a new computer and asked the associate what would work best. He directed me to this computer. I said I needed it to be able to play dvds and when I got home it did not have a cd/dvd player

Extremely cheap material used and overall poor workmanship. For example, on/off switch is barely situated above the mainframe's cover, and so it will occasionally get stuck underneath after pressing it. Not at all worth the headache!

It's much better than the laptop that I had before

It’s a decent machine for the price, but the video connections are limited.

I needed to replace an all in one HP computer which was having issues. I looked at similar all in one units, but decided to go with this desktop . Installation was a breeze. I love the capablity of the SSD and the Processor.

Slower than my old computer that has more features.

Not as fast as I think it should, didnt offer anything else.

Worked OK initially until processor went bad less than one month after I purchased it. Geek Squad recommended I replace it since it was still within the return period. I was advised to replace it with a PC that used an Intel processor. Best Buy was excellent about replacing it.

Disappointed with this desktop. Will randomly shut down. Just barely past the return point otherwise this would be going back to the store.

product is great service to set up and Geek Squad service was horrible I will never use them again plus I was charged for many services they did not complete and never called back when they said they would

The computer is OK. I ask the geek squad if they could transfer information from my old computer Quicken, Word app,, and other information to my new computer. They said. "No Problem". None was transferred. On a score of 1 to 10 Best Buy is a zero.

Had to replace my outdated Dell and decided on this HP tower from BestBuy---glad I did with all the updated software with greater memory capacity has proved to be a real bargain.

Overall, this computer does as expected, but comes with no frills. I wish it had more RAM. I paid a little more because I use this daily for my business, and let's not forget paying bills. It does not offer a disk drive, which my last Envy had.

No power cord. I drove 100 miles to the nearest Best Buy store to exchange this computer because of the integrity and my trust in the product. Box included a note showing a problem also. I just want to exchange.

Bought geek squad extra protection also, missing storage before it got to my house and person also tried to charge me full again for what I purchased and missing parts that weren’t even there
