This one has seemed to cause so many more problems just trying to set it up. I truly thought being newer it would be so much easier, but I spent 4 trips to Best Buy and had to purchase an external drive. I was told it would hold all my data from my other computer, but that just wasn't the case. I do like how HP will let you do chat with them and they always seemed to fix the problem, it was just that I tied up so much of my time that first week just trying to get everything back in order.
