Great computer for basic application use.

It works very well for both operating systems and is a great value for a basic use computer. Purchased as an open-box computer. The operating system had been re-loaded and set-up like a new computer. The 1Tb hard drive was disconnected and required reconnecting, which was the only issue from purchasing the open box model.

computer works well, but windows 10 is not

Wish better directions had been included however. One page in lots of languages doesn't cut it! Don't like windows 10 much. It is not as easy and intuitive as XP. Menu's are hard to use--with all icons, rather than English words.
