Had it for a few now and no issues at all. The desktop has enough power for m to run my internet, photo editing software and Word all at the same time as well a two HD monitors with no issue with lagging.

This computer has good specs that can work well for a desktop computer, however the windows networking will be permanently corrupted by the McAfee that is forced on with HP, and other HP bloatware. If you install a clean OEM however it works great.

overall performance is good, its net working and clarity is good. As an accountant our downloads are working good.

Great for the price for sure . Great setvice before and after the purchase also. Its been awhile since I've owned a PC,however I feel right at home with this purchase and service.

So far it has been good, it did crash on me when I was using a back up system and transferring big video files to an external hard drive. So it cannot handle multiple heavy duty tasks. I use it for simple the majority of the time so it works with me.

The only problem I ran into it so far was that the audio remains "unplugged" when I connect this computer to my TV. It isn't the HDMI cable because the audio works just fine when connected to my HP laptop. I will update after I bring this in for check up.

This is a great small computer processor to use in an office setting. Our family also has HP laptop and printer/copy/scanner and all have done a great job and very happy with products.

Great computer and very little problems once I brought it home. The problems I did have The Geek Squad had them solved in a very short time on the phone and remote connection.

I use it every day - mostly for hi-resolution photo editing. With 12 GB of ram and a sturdy i5 CPU, it's been worth every $. I've never had a crash or any issues.

My new office PC works fantastic I have no problems doing any type of spreadsheet Internet and updating my company website I highly recommend this PC for the cost and the power

Getting familiar with my new computer. So happy I purchased Total Tech Support. Have had to call several times and technicians have been very helpful and patient.

Am really impressed with capacity and capabilities of this CPU. I like it still has a CD/DVD to upload my movies and music I couldn’t transfer on my WD back-up for last computer.

Happy with speed of start up and working. Was aggravated with transferring my old files and photos. All were automatically going to cloud and filled up my account before everything was transferred. Had help from Geek Squad - so OK now.

Took some effort to get it set up by a tech expert. Seemed to be the right item for us when purchased, our tech expert said we should have done some more looking as some other brands were more friendly for set up and operation.

Bought this HP computer along with the 22 inch monitor, and together they have turned out to be a rocksolid workstation for a small office. Quick load times, clean lines, good mouse. Highly recommend.

I was nervous to purchase this tower because I was so use to my Asus. But so far so good. I am pleased and would recommend. Also, happy that I purchased at a good price.

The only reason I am giving it an "Average" rating is because I didn't have it very long. It was on a surge protector, but the lightning storm hit the motherboard through the ethernet connection. It cost over $850 (now $740) and the warranty did not cover lightning strike. So I got a "we're sorry, you'll just have to buy a new one". So, with that said....buy the protection/warranty plans to cover this kind of stuff if you use ethernet. The one issue I do remember was the Wi-Fi/Bluetooth connection didn't work too well...hence the reason for using an ethernet cable for internet.

Had to learn Microsoft 10 after many years with Microsoft 7. At times it has been a challenge, Hower, I am learning the format and finding it to be excellent.

I bought this to replace my laptop at work and was not disappointed. This is a great computer for multitasking,
