    This is an excellent computer but it would be nice(for the price) to get some loaded programs on it. Can"t do a thing except microsoft 10. I can"t even open any zip files.

    Wireless Mouse and Keyboard need constant battery replacement. Keyboard keys stick. Keyboard sticks not only on letter keys, but delete and backspace making it impossible to complete projects. Had to purchase a wired mouse and keyboard to make it useable. NOTE: Have always used HP desktop units and have always been VERY happy. Hope this is the exception.
