I purchased this computer to upgrade my home office needs. I added "office" software and I pay for the Geek Squad service package on a yearly renewal. I few times throughout the year, I had issues with this computer going completely black and the Geek Squad helped me fix the issue within minutes. I've also had issues with it connecting to my internet when I turn it on in the morning but I've been able to resolve it myself within a short time. All in all, this is a good desktop computer and has a lot of memory.

This item has plenty of memory and the speed is excellent for those who like speed very easy to operate compatible with different monitors and able to be a great learning tool for teenagers

Nice fast computer with the SDRAM disk but I was frustrated that there’s little documentation on how the drives work. I had to ask 3 different BB employees who assumed that I could look it up. It was only after I went again that I found a guy who really knew how things worked and how I could restore my backup files to D drive (Data drive). Then there’s the other partition that is the backup but not a regular backup. Before buying it you can save yourself a lot of hassle by having someone explain how those drives work. Good luck.

The SSD helps the computer run optimally while still having enough storage to not worry about storage for the life of the computer.

This PC was bought for work, it’s very fast very reliable. Had zero issues with it so far definitely would recommend a friend

Easy to set up. Fast boot time with the SSD. I connected it to my TV so it was great that it came with a wireless keyboard and mouse

I've had this computer for about a month and have been very happy with it. It's fast and runs very quiet. It's also nice that it isn't as large as all of my previous desktop computers.

The SSD Drive gives a quick startup, and the larger disc drive holds all the data. Great combination for the average user.

So Far, so good. Boots up really fast. Good performance for everyday stuff plus a little more. I don't game with it.

Set-up was ok and start-up is very fast. Took a lot longer to load Trend Micro Security than I thought it would which made the set-up a pain. Looks great and so far is very quiet. The one problem I have (and still do after calling Best Buy and HP) is when the monitor goes into sleep mode it starts making a noise as if you are inserting and removing a thumb drive in the HDMI port. They weren't able to fix the problem only solution (after the 4th call) was to turn off that sound. I'm sure it's still doing it but now it's silent. Hopefully that isn't a sign of something wrong with the computer.

This Windows 10 HP pc has all the power, speed and storage needed for home personal use. Great buy.

Lightweight, quiet, fast, good video quality...make sure you use a surge protector because it acts funny during storms or when experiencing power issues.
