This is a great PC. Huge difference from the 8 year old computer it replaced.

Great computer for those who need one to use for basic computer needs. I quickly found out that after installing all of the graphic design software that I use that 256GB and 8GB RAM was not enough so I had to purchase more memory. If you need a computer that will handle the basic computing needs, this is a good one. Not so much if you need computing power and space.

Perfect size and does everything advertised in the description.

Pros: great processor. Black Friday deal of $500 ($499.99 plus VAT). This is where the good part ends for me. Cons: small capacity nvme m.2 ssd (come on HP, ssd aren't expensive anymore), only 8GB RAM (is that a joke?) The thing that surprised me the most is the false claims in the specifications under "Expansion". This Hp pavilion model TP01-0034 (or the one I received) only has: - 1 m.2 port (why is bestbuy saying it has 2?) - 1 internal 3.5 bay (again, why is bestbuy advertising it has 2?) - the 256Gb SSD included is not nvme. It is the regular m.2 using SATA connection. The single m.2 slot on the computer is actually an nvme connection. - missing DVI port. By the way I don't think this computer is worth $800. Just saying. I called bestbuy to complain about the wrong specifications, but was unable to reach an associate. I got tired of waiting and decided to end the call after 20 minutes of waiting.

The only possible issues you may have with this computer is the small hard drive, which is easily fixed with a $50 external 2TB hard drive. Unless you are photo editing or playing the top of the line video games on ultra graphic settings then this computer will be more than enough for you. Just get some extra hard drive space.

WHAT CAN I SAY ITS HP MY 4TH TIME BUYING HP ALWAYS SATISFIED. WINDOWS 10 TAKES A LITTLE BIT OF TIME GETTING USE TO HOW IT CLICKS BUT I TRANSFERED ALL MY WIN 7 FILES AND PROGRAMS AND IT ALL WORKS. CANT ASK FOR MORE THAN THAT.

Shopped around for a replacement desktop as my current was a Windows 7 whose useful life is basically up 12/31. Best Buy had the best price for this HP Pavilion Desktop with Windows 10. Certainly meets my expectations.

My son installed the computer for me. I run a home base business and I love my new computer. Its opens up really fast and all my information is there. I couldn't ask for a better product.

I've been a hp user for a long time. My last computer was a slimline that I had for 7 years. So I just upgraded, I have found that hp is what I feel happy and satisfied with.

Had to replace my old HP quickly - salesman sold us the best for the price. Brought it home, plugged everything in, and have had absolutely no problems in almost a month.
