Kept on freezing.

It would lose internet connection, I had to x out of internet browser and restart it to get internet connection. CD drive kept on freezing. Not happy with it. I returned it within five days. I thought that having the intel core i7 processor the system would work better than what it did.

Open Box - missing manual and had problems

I had to call up Asus customer support to get the keyboard lighting to properly work. There was supposed to be a manual in the box - I want it NOW.

After 2 months our new computer stopped working

It just turned off and that is it. Of course, we would like to send it back, but another "surprise" - purchase can not be returned. Seriously??? What a great service!!!!!! 1 star for sure.

On HP website, it says "WE ARE UNABLE TO FIND SOFTWARE ON THIS COMPUTER".

Wifi did not work

Great price for a i7-8700 6-core system

Next day it wouldn't boot. Pulled out cmos battery to reset the bios. Booted. The next day it wouldn't boot at all. Took it back to best buy and they said the that the psu wasn't powerful enough to support a gpu even though there's a slot for it on the motherboard...
